The Republican Party of Story County has announced the 2023 Judge Joseph Story Dinner Series. This year’s Annual Dinner will be a series of two events and will feature presidential candidates US Senator Tim Scott on August 15 and Vivek Ramaswamy on August 31.

“We have a unique opportunity to celebrate the upcoming Iowa Caucuses by expanding our annual Judge Joseph Story Dinner tradition,” said Brett Barker, Story County GOP Chairman. “Both Senator Tim Scott and Vivek Ramaswamy are making waves across Iowa and we are excited to welcome them to Story County!”

The dinner is an annual tradition to celebrate Judge Joseph Story. Judge Story served on the United States Supreme Court from 1811-1845 and is the namesake of Story County.
